A young female who has thought about changing the appearance of her nose for the past 10 years, and was concerned with a nasal obstruction. She originally had a large hump; the tip of her nose was sloping downwards. She underwent a septorhinoplasty, her post-operative result one month following the operation is seen here. She now has a natural looking nose which suits her face, her breathing has improved.
