This 20 year old gentleman had nasal blockage and was unhappy with the hooked appearance of his nose. Pre-operatively his nose is deviated to the left and he has pulling of the upper lip. Post-operatively a much straighter nose and much more normal looking upper lip. The actual result is better than the computer imaging.
