This Middle aged male had a severe nasal infection 20 years ago which left him with a collapsed nose. He is unhappy with the appearance, his breathing was restricted, he had a significant saddling of his nose, it appeared very wide from the frontal view. He underwent septorhinoplasty / insertion of an artificial graft he now has a very natural looking post-operative result.
