This male suffered with recurrent nose bleeds and nasal blockage. He had an injury to his nose when he was younger. Before surgery he had a very large boxy tip of the nose with a classic hook appearance. He underwent septorhinoplasty. Post-operatively he has a very natural looking masculine nose the tip of his nose is quite swollen at his early postoperative stage this will subside in time.
