Mr P – Aged 21

Mr P was involved in an altercation when he was younger. His nose was deviated to the right, he also had nasal obstruction, and his nose appeared flattened at the tip. He underwent septorhinoplasty. The after pictures were taken two months after the operation, he still has a lot of swelling at the tip of the nose, the swelling will subside in due course.
