This 27 year old gentleman with nasal obstruction, he believed his nose is too large and crooked. Pre-operatively the tip is drooping significantly. He had a large hump. Post-operatively one month after the nose is much straighter, although quite swollen. He has a significantly improved profile. The actual result is better than his computer imaging.
