Mrs S 30 years old. She had total nasal blockage on the right and was not happy with the twsited nose. Note there has been siginifacnt improvement to the nose. It is very difficult to get a perfectly straight nose in this situation with only one operation. She still has a lot of swelling. Her nose will take over one year to fully settle.
