Mrs Y 38 years old. She had a previous operation overseas where excessive amount of cartilage was removed causing collapse of her side nasal walls, nasal roof and overhang of columellar portion. She was unable to breath and was not happy with the appearance of her nose. One month post op she is much better aesthetically and functionally.
