This 24 year old lady was unhappy with her nose, she thinks the tip is too large. The front view shows a wide tip, good facial proportions on side view a slight dorsal hump. Post-operatively nose is much smaller on the front view, side view is significantly improved, a good representation of computer imaging. One month post-operative photographs show a lot of swelling, her nose will continue to improve with time.
